Launch of the Mobile Lives Citizen Forum

  • From 11 to 13 June 2021
  • Nantes
  • Positive impact

From 11 to 13 June 2021, Forum Vies Mobiles launches a new edition on the theme of mobility and work.

The ambition: To make the voice of the French heard on a subject of daily life

The ambition of the Citizen Forum on Mobile Lifestyles is to invite citizens to share the problems posed by current lifestyles and rhythms of life, to debate them collectively, in order to better imagine the desired lifestyles, particularly with regard to the place that travel occupies in them. This will involve the expression of concrete proposals that will be taken up by mobility stakeholders: politicians, associations, companies, and put into practice through public or private experimentation. If they are national in scope, the Forum Vies Mobiles is committed to making them public in the context of the 2022 presidential election.

The 2021 theme

Each year, the Mobile Lives Citizen Forum will focus on a new theme. The 2021 edition will focus on Mobility and Work.

The priority is to understand the aspirations of citizens. To shed light on the subject, the major issues of work-related travel will be presented to them (videos, surveys, books, etc.), without forgetting the major controversial subjects which will be defended by experts on mobility, lifestyles and work: Jean-Yves Boulin, sociologist of working time and social time, Marie Chéron, head of mobility at the Nicolas Hulot Foundation, Yves Crozet, transport economist, Guillaume Cairou, founder of the company Didaxis, and Bruno Marzloff, sociologist and futurist specialising in mobility issues.
