Serbotel 2021

Organised every two years in Nantes since 1985, in October 2021 Serbotel will once again be the regional event of national and international scope for the entire catering and hotel industry. 

A 2021 edition resolutely placed under the sign of revival and support

More than ever, Serbotel will be ONE meeting place, the place for reunions and revival. From upstream to downstream, producers, industrialists, distributors, craftsmen, entrepreneurs, institutions, local authorities and federations will gather around the event to share their values and look to the future... The Exponantes team and the historic partners who have contributed so much to the success of Serbotel are mobilised to offer a friendly and humane event that respects the sanitary standards that will be demanded by the state.

A growing reputation

The last edition, held in October 2019, welcomed nearly 35,000 professional visitors and 532 exhibitors. For Exponantes, the show's organiser, these good figures confirm the strategic shift taken in 2013 to accelerate the show's transformation by giving it a national dimension. The gamble paid off; Serbotel is now the 3rd largest French trade show for the food service, hotel and restaurant sector and the largest on the entire Atlantic seaboard thanks to the strong support of the Nantes ST Nazaire Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the numerous federations, professional organisations and institutions that are always present alongside the organisers to promote their various trades.
